History Unboxed Tenth Anniversary Contest Rules **1. Eligibility** – This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. – Employees of History Unboxed, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. **2. Contest Period** – The contest begins on September 28, 2024, at 12:00 AM (EST) and ends on September 28, 2024, at 11:59 PM (EST) **3. How to Enter** – **Automatic Entry:** Make any purchase at History Unboxed on September 28, 2024, to be automatically entered into the contest. – **No Purchase Necessary:** To enter without making a purchase, fill out this google doc **4. Prizes** – Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Egypt Unboxed box. – The total approximate retail value (ARV) of each Egypt Unboxed box is $60. **5. Winner Selection and Notification** – Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the contest period. – The drawing will take place on September 29, 2024. – Winners will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. – Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected. **6. General Conditions** – No cash or other substitution, assignment, or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by History Unboxed, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of equal or greater value. – By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of History Unboxed, which are final and binding in all respects. – History Unboxed is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention in the contest. **7. Privacy** – Personal information collected in connection with this contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties without the entrant’s consent. **8. Limitation of Liability** – By entering, participants release and hold harmless History Unboxed, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won. **9. Governing Law** – The contest is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. **10.
