Basketmaking is one of the oldest crafts known to man, dating back as far as 26,000 years ago, and possibly longer.  It may even be the oldest craft in the world, an ancestor of other ancient crafts. Some of the oldest baskets we have are from the Jomon people of Japan. Now you can make a basket, just like these amazing stone age people!
